Late medieval Handgonne 1485

Handgonnes were the evolutionary beginings of our modern rifles. first handgonnes were mearly a barrel at the end of a stick then later early forms of gunstocks were incorporated to the design. complicated firing mechanisms were not yet invented so the way you fired this particular handgonne was fired with a hot nail, you aim the hand gonne and stick the hot nail into a hole connected to the firing chamber where the powder charge was placed, this would ignite the gun powder and fire the gun.

This particular modeled after an original 1485 manuscript depiction of a skeleton with a gun.
